Immediately after placing your order, you'll be taken to a quick questionnaire where you'll give me information about your project. You'll describe the colors, size, theme and ideas that you want me to use in your project. This will take out a lot of guesswork and help me create a custom design that best represents your business.
On the third day after your order was placed, you'll receive an e-mail notification from me telling you that your project is ready. (Yes, it's that simple!). Then, by using the login information I'll provide, you will access a secret "members only" area of this website, where you'll find your custom designs and instructions on how to download it to your computer.

The reason I ask for 3 full days to work is because I'll create your project completely from scratch. That's right; unlike most of my competitors I do not use templates or use any paint-by-numbers systems. Working like this guarantees that your project will be completely original, totally different from what's "out there" and you'll be sure you'll never find the exact same design in your competitor's website. Plus, it takes some time to create the photo-realistic quality that sets Virtuapack.com miles ahead from all the rest.
It's my business policy to never stop until you are satisfied. If for any reason you don't like the work I made for you, I'll listen to your suggestions and tweak it or change it completely until you are 100% satisfied... or I'll cheerfully refund your investment. Either way, you just can't lose!
